Sending a letter shouldn't be complicated. With Blue Heart Letters, you can submit your correspondence online, and we'll take care of printing, preparing, and mailing it from the United States.

  • Start by entering your full name and email address. That's all we need to get started!

    Whether you're in the United States or another country, you don't need a U.S. mailing address to use our service.

  • Choose whichever option works best for you.

    Write Online: Type your letter directly into our secure submission form.

    Upload Your Letter: Already have something written? Upload your existing document, including typed letters or scanned handwritten pages.

    Your letter can contain up to 5 content pages, including any attached photos.

  • Want to include a few pictures? You can attach up to 2 photos at no additional charge.

    Photos are printed in color on regular paper and included with your letter. Each photo counts as one page toward the five-page limit.

  • Our service costs a flat $3.99 USD per letter.

    Your payment includes preparing and printing your letter, up to two optional color photos within the page limit, an envelope, and USPS postage.

    Payments are securely processed through Stripe. International supporters can pay using supported payment cards, with currency conversion handled by their card provider.

  • Once your order is received, we'll review the submission, prepare your letter and photos for printing, and mail everything through the United States Postal Service.

    You'll receive an order confirmation by email, along with mailing updates when available.

Writing From Outside the United States?

No U.S. address? No problem!

Blue Heart Letters was created with international supporters in mind. You don't need to purchase international postage, find a U.S. printer, or prepare an envelope yourself.

Simply submit your letter online, and we'll handle the printing and mailing from the United States.

Before you send

Blue Heart Letters is currently available for correspondence addressed to Wade Steven Wilson.

Letters must be written in English and comply with Florida Department of Corrections correspondence requirements.

If you'd like Wade to have an address where he can write back, please include your mailing address inside your letter. Blue Heart Letters does not receive or forward personal replies.

Please understand that mailing confirmation does not guarantee delivery or acceptance by the correctional facility.

Florida DOC Correspondence Guidelines

All letters and photographs must comply with Florida Department of Corrections correspondence regulations. We encourage supporters to review the official guidelines before submitting their letters.

Blue Heart Letters is not responsible for correspondence rejected by the correctional facility. If your letter is rejected and returned to us, we will notify you using the email address provided with your submission.
